Rollins Sports World offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unused, and undamaged.
Items must include original tags and packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Note: Customized or personalized items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping Costs & Fees
Customer Responsibility: In accordance with our GMC settings, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Restocking Fees: Rollins Sports World does not charge any restocking fees ($0.00 fee) for returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
European Union (14-Day Cooling Off Period)
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
