2. Order Processing & Timelines
To ensure transparency, we provide clear estimates for how long it takes to process and deliver your order.

Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday). This is the time it takes to pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipment.

Transit Time: 3–7 business days (Monday – Friday). This is the estimated time your package is in transit with the carrier.
3. Shipping Rates & Destinations

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100.

Destinations: We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Delivery Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
Rollins Sports World is committed to your satisfaction. If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. You may also contact our support team for assistance with the process.
